Training Plan

16 Week Training Plan

£200.00

What does this include?

  • A customised 16-week training plan – tailored to you and what you need and written by a British Triathlon Federation accredited Level 3 Coach
  • An  TrainingPeaks (basic) account – the training plan is delivered via TrainingPeaks with detailed session outlines and the ability to sync your scheduled sessions to your smartwatch or bike-computer so you get real-time training prompts during your workouts. After your session is completed, your data will be sent back to TrainingPeaks so you can track your progress and watch your fitness improve. TrainingPeaks syncs with all major fitness wearables and training platforms, including Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Zwift etc.
  • Email support to ask questions about the plan.
  • Comprehensive training info with everything you need to know, including training zones and intensities, swim jargon, the importance of how and why we need to test, rules of training, and the do’s and dont’s to stay injury free and healthy.

What’s Next? 

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive our athlete questionnaire. Please fill out the questionnaire with as many details and information as possible. This will provide us with all the necessary information we need to create your customised training plan.

If further clarification is needed or you have specific queries you want to discuss, we will schedule a call with you.

Once all the details have been agreed, we will create your plan and upload it to TrainingPeaks where you can view the full outline. You will complete an initial testing week so we can set your heart rate and training zones. The initial week will provide you with further opportunities to ask questions about the plan, sessions and to request schedule changes.  After completion of week 1 and once everything has been agreed, you can start training.

We will provide email support for questions concerning the plan. We will not provide training analysis, feedback or coaching support.
