What does this include?
- A personalised 16-week training plan – personally tailored to you and what you need. This can be adapted as needed to take into account your progress and growing fitness.
- An online TrainingPeaks basic account – all session plans will be available via TrainingPeaks. This is an online training platform where coach and athlete can review sessions and communicate.
- Email support to ask questions about the plan.
- Comprehensive training info with everything you need to know, including training zones and intensities, swim jargon, the importance of how and why we need to test, rules of training, and the do’s and dont’s to stay injury free and healthy.
