What does this include?
- A customised 16-week training plan – tailored to you and what you need and written by a British Triathlon Federation accredited Level 3 Coach
- An TrainingPeaks (basic) account – the training plan is delivered via TrainingPeaks with detailed session outlines and the ability to sync your scheduled sessions to your smartwatch or bike-computer so you get real-time training prompts during your workouts. After your session is completed, your data will be sent back to TrainingPeaks so you can track your progress and watch your fitness improve. TrainingPeaks syncs with all major fitness wearables and training platforms, including Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo, Zwift etc.
