- 1-2-1 coaching; a fully comprehensive service targeted at your race distance and designed to take your fitness, strength and performance to the next level. This includes an individual training schedule to fit your life, work, needs and ability
- Training plans to target your goal event and suited to your ability
- Technique development through 1-2-1 or video analysis for swimming, biking and running.

I strongly believe that there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ and therefore I only offer individualised training plans which are built around you and your goals and are based on an initial consultation.
Prices start from £30 for a 1-2-1 session and £50 for a 3-month plan.
