Pricing

The investment for my 1:1 coaching services starts at  £150 per month. This includes a fully personalised training programme tailored to your specific goals, whether you’re aiming to complete your first triathlon or qualify for the Ironman World Championships.

Included in this price are regular one-on-one check-ins with me for progress updates, adjustments to your training plan, and addressing any concerns you might have. You’ll also receive unlimited email support for any questions that arise between our scheduled sessions.

My coaching is rooted in over 30 years of experience in the triathlon world, and my goal is not just to prepare you for your next race but to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and habits for a lifetime of athletic achievement and personal growth. My coaching package is designed to provide a holistic and tailored approach to your triathlon training, ensuring you have all the support and resources you need to succeed. Here’s what’s included:

 

  • Personalised training programme

    Customised to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle, these plans are updated regularly to reflect your progress and any changes in your schedule or objectives.

  • 1-2-1 Sessions

    Regularly scheduled sessions with me, either in person (if local) or via video call, to discuss your progress, tackle challenges, and adjust your training and strategy as needed.

     

  • Training schedules

    Delivered weekly in weekly training blocks, ensuring progressive development in your fitness and endurance. I also realise that life throws you a curveball from time to time so short notice adjustments to the training schedule are not an issue or limited to a certain number.

     

  • Seamless Delivery

    To enhance your training experience, I utilise TrainingPeaks, a leading online platform in the endurance training world. It allows easy logging, monitoring, and analysis of your progress and seamlessly integrates with major wearables and training platforms like Apple Watch, Garmin, and Zwift. Available via web and mobile app, TrainingPeaks offers a free version with the option to upgrade for advanced features, ensuring you have the necessary tools at your fingertips to achieve your triathlon goals efficiently.

     

  • High levels of feedback and communication

    You’ll have direct access to me for any questions or concerns between our scheduled sessions, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Equipment advice

    As a former triathlon shop owner I have gained a wealth of knowledge of triathlon equipment over the years; from bikes, bike fitting to realistic views on any equipment you may need for your sport.

  • Nutritional Guidance

    Advice on how to fuel your body for training and racing to optimise performance and recovery.

  • Mental Strategy Coaching

    Techniques to strengthen your mental toughness, helping you overcome challenges and stay motivated.
