Our athletes come from all walks of life – busy professionals, doctors,  military personnel, shift workers – our youngest client is 16, our oldest client 76 – all sharing one thing in common: the drive to achieve more. Some are chasing PBs, others want to qualify for the Ironman or 70.3 world champs or simply want to hear the iconic “You are an Ironman” for the first time.

Hi, I’m Damo, a triathlon coach based in Birmingham.
With over 20 years of experience in the triathlon world – both as an athlete and coach – I’ve learned one thing: success looks different for everyone.
That’s why I work with you. I meet you where you are at and push you further.

I’ve worked with athletes at every stage of their journey—from first-time finishers to those chasing world championship slots.
My goal is simple: to take the guesswork out of  your triathlon training by combining tried-and-tested science-backed methods with a deep understanding of your unique needs.

I firmly believe that with the right guidance, anything is possible.
